Change the Duplex Printing Options on a Mac

Unfortunately, Apple desktops and laptops don't come with a straightforward Print Screen key. They do, however, have a few keyboard commands and apps that allow you to get the shot you need. Set up a printer and place your notecards in the printing tray. Open your flashcards with Microsoft Word. Click File and then Print. Click Page Setup and then Paper. Change the width to 3 and the length to 5 under page size. Select Ok and then Print to finish making your notecards.

On the Print dialog window, select the third pull down menu and change Copies & Pages to Layout.

The Layout dialog box will give you the option of turning duplex printing off. It will also allow you to choose the orientation of the duplex printing. Long-edged binding (default) is appropriate for most printed jobs. Short-edged binding however may be desired for documents printed in the landscape (across long edge of paper) orientation.

These setting changes will remain for the duration of your session. Clean my macbook pro free.
